A little about our working culture
“Positive Change by Design” has become the office mantra across our 43 years in business. Schmidt Design Group strives to maintain the type of company culture that allows ideas and soulful, artful original design to prosper. We do this by scheduling ample amount of time for open brainstorming sessions, conducting hands-on design workshops with clients and/or communities and allowing everyone to voice an opinion and contribute ideas.
The Schmidt Design Group team includes 11 licensed landscape architects, two (2) ISA-certified arborists, two (2) certified playground safety inspectors, a LEED-accredited professional, two (2) SITES-accredited professionals, a certified landscape irrigation auditor, and a qualified SWPPP developer/practitioner.
