Project Info
The Junipers community will be located on the former Double Tree Golf Course site which ceased operations in 2015. This age-qualified project encompasses approximately 122 acres and is currently planned to include 455 for-sale residential units and up to 81 for-rent affordable residential units. The project includes 11 open space areas located throughout the site totaling over six-acres. This includes both public and private parks and open space as well as a 2.75-mile loop trail. Schmidt Design Group is currently working with the owner and design team on site design revisions and creating an open space system themed around nurturing the mind, body and spirit. The loop trail acts as an organizing element weaving the theme of healthy lifestyle experiences throughout the community.
