Located on the corner of 30th Street and Madison Ave in North Park, 30th Street Assemblage is a mixed-use apartment complex that characterizes the eclectic demographic and lifestyle of the North Park vibe. 30th Street expresses the neighborhood culture through expressive materiality stitched together to form an abstract quilt of colors, textures, and unique individuality. On the ground floor, 30th Street serves as a community beacon with public access to a gym, retail, and café with an outdoor dining terrace. Within the building, the third floor podium has six shared outdoor courtyards, three facing the alley and three facing 30th Street. Along the alleyway, the series of courtyards create a more secluded experience for residents with areas for flexible play, an outdoor garden, and dog park. Conversely, the three interconnected courtyards along 30th street provide sunset views and create a dialogue between tenants and the streetscape below. These courtyards provide space for individual and group gathering, an outdoor kitchen and overhead shade structure, fire tables along the railing, vintage outdoor games, and a cantilevered spa overhanging 30th Street.
