This modern 8 story mixed-use building offers a contemporary urban lifestyle in downtown San Diego. Services by Schmidt Design Group, Inc. included landscape and hardscape design of the perimeter streetscape within the right-of-way in conformance with CCDC design standards as well as on-site improvements. Amenities at the site include sculptural fire-pit, raised planters and seating, accent lighting, planting, and irrigation, all on a podium deck over parking. Courtyard furniture by JulesWilson ID.
