G Lofts

Lofts at 677 7th Avenue is an urban infill project, located in the heart of the East Village of Downtown San Diego, that features 148 apartment units and retail space over 4,000 square feet. Amenities include cabana huts, a fire-pit with surrounding sandy beach-like seating area, free-standing barbeque station, and a sunning patio with elevated IPE wood deck and accent lighting. Services provided included right-of-way at street perimeter and on-site improvements, design, planting, and irrigation.
