Fairbanks Ridge

Fairbanks Ridge Apartments is an affordable multi-family housing project in San Diego. Schmidt Design Group Inc.’s services included design development and construction documents for landscape and hardscape. Amenities include play areas and picnic facilities. The project incorporated a number of energy and water conservation features including photovoltaic solar panels on parking lot carports and synthetic turf grass.
