A Lofts

Aloft on Cortez Hill is a 5 story multi-family mid-rise in downtown San Diego. Schmidt Design Group, Inc. designed all hardscape and landscape for the site interior and perimeter. The interior patio was built on podium level over parking. Amenities include cabanas, an oversized spa with a cascading water wall, a pool and sunning patio, and a fire-pit with surrounding sandy beach-like seating area.
