Camino Ruiz Park

As prime consultant, the Schmidt Design Group, Inc. designed this 12 acre neighborhood park which includes 3 baseball fields, a central plaza, picnic areas, children’s play areas, environmental education overlooks, parking for 180 vehicles, a restroom/concession building, and a native plant demonstration garden. The site is surrounded by sensitive native habitat open space. This project had extensive community involvement, workshops, and meetings.
