Santee LMD

The Schmidt Design Group, Inc. studied the 16 Landscape Maintenance Districts in the City of Santee to analyze their water use and maintenance practices. Studies focused on water use records and existing conditions to provide recommendations for renovations to reduce water needs and maintenance costs. Renovations provide recommendations based on two levels of improvement and the subsequent return on investment for each.
