Bressi Ranch

Schmidt Design Group, Inc. provided Master Plan and Construction Drawings for this very popular 14.5 acre commercial center in Carlsbad. Specialty features include raised seatwalls with brick caps and a winter and summer solstice icon integrated into the paving of the main courtyard. Cobble lined vegetated bioswales were incorporated into the parking lot islands for stormwater treatment and control. Bressi Ranch opened in February 2009.
