This five story multi-family residential project is located in the Cortez Hill area of downtown San Diego. Schmidt Design Group, Inc. designed the perimeter landscape street improvements as well as all on-site hardscape and landscape improvements. Amenities include cabanas, pool, spa, a fire-pit with surrounding sandy beach-like seating area.
