This 9 acre commercial/retail center integrated an Italian ‘Tuscani’ theme throughout the building and landscape design. Pedestrian paving for circulation and plazas for dining were included in the design. Columnal Italian cypress, non-fruiting olives, and monumental date palms further accented the Tuscan theme.
